Specialising in aerobic capacity and functional training, he designs tailored, data-driven programmes that improve endurance, recovery, and race-day execution. He works with dedicated and aspiring athletes who want to become the fittest, most resilient version of themselves.

By combining evidence-based methods and a results-driven approach, he helps clients build consistency, precision, and adaptability—the foundations of high-level performance.
